I've had the full body laser and it's honestly reduced the speed of hair growth and the thickness. I've always had quite stubborn hair but it has made a huge difference to my hair. I do also have eczema which has led to multiple rearrangements and they have dealt with it with patience and understanding. I highly recommend Laura as she is chatty, thorough and thoughtful with advice on aftercare. The only thing I'd say is that there could've been notes added per client, in terms of what they get done for laser, because I found I had to repeat the areas I want lasered for each of the six sessions. I had laser with Harriet and Olivia at first and they were both good but Laura was more understanding of my eczema and I got better value for money with her.
